What data we process

  • Orders: email, plan purchased, technical eSIM identifiers (ICCID). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
  • Email marketing / waitlists: email and destination of interest, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Usage analytics: PostHog (EU servers), only after consent in the cookie banner.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), eSIM Go (eSIM issuance), PostHog (analytics, EU), Anthropic (packing-list generation). Some partners may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.

Retention
